Samuel Le Coeur has been an activist for the rights of waste pickers (biffins and récupérateurs) in France since 2008. His work has focused on organizing and supporting informal recyclers in urban contexts.
As founder and national representative of the AMELIOR association, he works to strengthen the organization and visibility of waste pickers in France, contributing to advocacy and collective representation at national and regional levels.
