The Digital Infrastructure Consultant is responsible for managing IAWP’s digital platforms and communication systems, including working groups, email addresses, cloud storage, virtual meeting platforms, websites, and servers. This role also supports the setup of administrative systems, web domain management, affiliate data administration, the development of data protection policies, technical support for the communication team, design and layout of materials, and the supervision of consultants for website maintenance and improvements.
Lesther Morales Hudiel is the Digital Infrastructure Consultant for IAWP, based in Managua, Nicaragua. He has worked as a consultant for WIEGO, producing social media designs, banners, videos, and other audiovisual content. He has also collaborated closely with HomeNet and IDWFED on website creation and management, as well as the development of materials for events, reports, books, flyers, and merchandise. His work combines technical management of digital platforms, graphic design, and audiovisual production, ensuring that both internal teams and global affiliates have fluent, accessible, and visually consistent communication, supporting the visibility of grassroots work at a global level.
