Pris Polly Davina Lengkong, known as Pris Polly, began working as a waste picker in his youth and later pursued higher education, earning a degree in Economics. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles within the Indonesian waste picker movement, including positions in the Ikatan Pemulung Indonesia (IPI).
Currently serving as Chairperson of Perkumpulan Pemulung Indonesia Mandiri (PPIM), Pris Polly plays a key role in strengthening organizational structures and advancing education and advocacy within the movement. His long-standing leadership contributes to building stronger national coordination and representation of waste pickers in Indonesia.
