Molobaly Doumbia, from Mali, has more than 30 years of experience in waste recovery, sustaining her family while remaining actively engaged in her community. Her leadership journey includes organizing reclaimers at depot level and expanding her role nationally.
As President of the Association Malienne des Trieuses de Déchets (AMTDDO), she represents waste pickers across Mali and contributes to international organizing spaces. Her role focuses on strengthening collective leadership, supporting workers’ organization, and amplifying their voice at national and global levels.
